Seamless and pore-dense
Bolidt floors are seamless, low-dust and extremely level. This prevents the accumulation of dirt and bacteria and supports fast, validated cleaning without hidden risks. As a result, they are highly suitable for GMP and cleanroom environments and contribute demonstrably to contamination control and audit-proof performance.
Liquid-tight and chemically resistant
Resistant to intensive cleaning protocols and exposure to aggressive chemicals without affecting the surface. At the same time, the floors are mechanically strong and capable of withstanding heavy loads, contributing to a stable and predictable production environment.
ESD conductive where required
Conductive and antistatic flooring systems minimise the risk of electrostatic discharge in sensitive and ATEX environments. Static charge is controlled and evenly dissipated across the entire surface through a carefully engineered system build-up, without the need for complex grounding constructions.
Durable and predictable in maintenance

PP4C is is a strategic alliance between a number of professional companies in the international cleanroom market. The PP4C alliance has joined forces in the realization of a 600 m² GMP classified cleanroom for a well known international pharmaceutical group.
The cleanroom consists of three layers: a 2nd floor with the complete HVAC installation, an intermediate floor for the channel work as well as giving access to the lighting and the HEPA filter technology, and on the ground floor you will find the cleanroom centrally built in the heart: the six stainless steel laminar air booths in which the various production operations are carried out.
Due to the good cooperation with the client, we have received permission to create a video impression of this PP4C turnkey project and in this way we can introduce the PP4C organization to you.

Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is an electroconductive flooring system that offers a completely smooth and level finish. It was developed for application on electrically insulated surfaces and is seamless, durable, liquid-impermeable and low-maintenance. The electrical properties guarantee personal safety and comply with the international standards. Copper strips are not used. The high level of chemical resistance (especially against organic solvents and inorganic acids) make this system unique. The flooring is suited for light and medium-heavy mechanical loads. An optional chemical-resistant decorative ensures a neat appearance. Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is applied to an electrically insulated surface.
Bolidtop® Stato 500 SAR I is available in a wide range of colours. The flooring system is suited for clean rooms, battery charging stations, laboratories, filling areas, emergency bins, operating theatres, (petro)chemical production areas and the processing of polyolefins.
