In the automotive industry, everything revolves around a streamlined and continuous production process. Assembly lines, robots and Automatic Guided Vehicles place high demands on the floor. Flatness, electrical conductivity and wear resistance are essential, as is resistance to oils, greases and cleaning agents.
Bolidt develops, produces and installs synthetic flooring systems specifically designed for automotive production environments. With over 60 years of experience and full process control under one roof, we deliver floors that support reliable assembly, safe working conditions and consistent quality.
The layout of assembly facilities requires precision and coordination from the very beginning. Bolidt likes to be involved early, working closely with end users, engineers and contractors. This allows us to secure flatness, conductive properties and load-bearing capacity already in the design phase, preventing unnecessary downtime during execution. Whether it concerns new construction, expansion or renovation, Bolidt provides control over the entire process, from advice to final application and maintenance.
Full control over quality
Bolidt offers everything under one roof: in-house R&D, production and application. This gives us full control over development, the composition of our flooring systems, execution and performance. This is essential in automotive environments, where even minor deviations can have major consequences for the process and the end result.
Flat, conductive and AGV-compatible floors
Our flooring systems are seamless and extremely flat, making them perfectly suited for automated assembly lines, robots and AGV systems. Conductive and antistatic properties ensure controlled dissipation of static electricity and protect sensitive components.
Resistant to heavy loads and chemicals
Bolidt floors are designed to withstand intensive mechanical use as well as exposure to oils, greases and cleaning agents. They maintain their performance under continuous load and contribute to a stable and predictable production environment.
Safe and easy to maintain
A safe working environment starts with the floor. Our systems are slip-resistant, seamless and easy to clean. This reduces risks, supports hygienic working conditions and limits maintenance time.
Guaranteed flexibility
Assembly lines evolve. Bolidt floors can be easily repaired or adapted to process changes. In many cases, the top layer can be modified without full replacement. Thanks to fast curing after application, production downtime remains minimal.
Low total cost of ownership
The long service life and low maintenance requirements of our flooring systems result in a low total cost of ownership, without compromising on safety, precision or reliability.

Bolidt has long been producing flooring for applications in the automotive industry. Flooring that is perfectly suitable for automatic guided vehicles because of its seamless, smooth and level surface; which are low-maintenance and easy to clean. With a modern and fresh look that appeals to the workers because of their decorative design. Bolidtop® Stato 500 is the perfect choice for the automotive industry.
Bolidtop® Stato 500 is an electroconductive flooring system based on low-viscous, two-component synthetic resins that are almost odourless. It was developed for application on electrically insulated surfaces. The flooring's electrical properties safeguard personal safety and comply with international standards. The flooring is suited for light and medium-heavy mechanical loads. It is also resistant to organic solvents like acetone, which is an exceptional quality. An optional chemical-resistant decorative melange ensures a calm and neat appearance. Bolidtop® Stato 500 is applied to an electrically insulated surface. The system is seamless, durable, liquid-impermeable and low-maintenance.
Bolidtop® Stato 500 is available in a wide range of colours. The flooring system is suited for clean rooms, battery charging stations, laboratories, filling areas, emergency bins, operating theatres, (petro)chemical production areas and the processing of polyolefins.
Bolidtop® Sato 500 is applied in liquid form by the company's own specialists of by certified partners.
