Thank you for your purchase! Our teams are preparing your order, so we can install the floors in Peru on the discussed date. On this page you can track your order, see when we need your input, and follow the steps until the installation date. When your order moves on to the next phase, you will receive an e-mail with the update.
Before the materials are produced, our work planner, Jeffrey Sturrus, will prepare the definitive working drawings. E.g., drawing up the final rooms, calculating the surface area, finalising the detailing, and determining colours per room.
After this is complete, the project manager, Elbert Boon and his assistant, will make the planning, determine the application team, and place the order for production.

Checking and processing after receipt of the missing information takes 3 - 5 working days.
Starting date production: July 11, 2022.
Our materials are produced in our own factory. As soon as the raw materials are delivered, production starts and the components are prepared. Production takes up to 3 working weeks.
All consumables and tools that are needed on location are also collected in this phase.
Estimated time of arrival at the port of Callao: August 26, 2022.
In addition to the actual transport, the necessary paperwork is also arranged here. Your contact person at logistics, Ellen Postma, takes care of the administrative processing. She will contact you to arrange all documents.

Expected inspection date: October 7, 2022
Before the application team can start work, the project manager, Elbert Boon, schedules an inspection. We would like to schedule the site meeting after the concrete has been poured and the building is weather protected.
The inspection will be carried out by Cesar Lozano on 7 October. After the inspection, you will receive a report with points off attention that need to be arranged before the application team can start. Then Elbert Boon gives a final GO on the project.
The operations assistant, will book the plane tickets and overnight stays for the team and apply for the necessary visas and work permits.

Estimated date of completion of the works: December 22, 2022.
The work is completed, all tools are packed again, the site shall be left behind in a clean state. After inspection by the foreman, he will do the handover with you. Our foreman will go through the areas with you and ask you to sign the completion certificate.
