While most people are still enjoying a well-deserved holiday, the new academic year 2017/2018 is just about to begin. Freshmen of building engineering at the TU [Technical University] Delft can already let their creativity loose during the introductory weekend. During the introductory weekend in which the students get to know each other, the study, the university and the city of Delft, Bolidt is a permanent part of the programme.
On Sunday 20 August 2017, we organise, together with TU Delft, for the third consecutive year, the encounter "Waste does not exist!". During this event, students need to use their creativity to create something unique using Bolidt rest materials. The team which does this is the most creative manner will be invited to join us to participate in a Bolidroom Experience.
The theme of this year's encounter is once again sustainability. This theme will also be addressed during the first year of the building engineering study. Sustainability is a subject Bolidt is continually working on. The efficiently organised chain, the choice of natural, non-rare raw materials and a second life for our systems. It is clear in all aspects of our operation that we take the future seriously. It is our vision is to allow our company to grow and simultaneously increase our social impact while decreasing our impact on the environment.
Do you, yourself, have an idea what the possibilities of Bolidt rest materials are? If so, then please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can exchange thoughts.
