Bolidt Group adds Nautifit B.V. as entity and strengthens position in high-performance yachts.

Integration enhances total offering and supports Bolidt Group’s growth strategy.
Esthec B.V., developer and manufacturer of innovative prefabricated decking systems for the nautical sector, has been expanded with the addition of Nautifit B.V., which as of today becomes a new entity within the Bolidt Group. With this acquisition, Esthec broadens its service offering for both national and international clients with the measuring, custom prefabrication and installation of Esthec Nautical Decking.

Nautifit, based in Schagen, has worked exclusively with Esthec’s high-quality decking systems since its founding in 2007, and has developed into a leading specialist in measuring, CNC milling and installing prefabricated composite decks for luxury yachts, sloops and tenders.
Through the integration of Nautifit B.V., Esthec brings the entire process under one direction. This enables Esthec to respond even more effectively and flexibly to diverse customer needs and increasingly complex projects, both nationally and internationally.
