On Wednesday, August 20th, aboard the Antigua. Preparations are in full swing for the maritime highlight of the year.
And the best part? You’ll be there, and we can’t wait! As a valued guest of the Bolidt Group, we want you to fully enjoy the experience, starting with a stress-free arrival. Here’s everything you need to know.
Your digital Boarding pass has been sent to the email address you provided. To be sure, please also check your spam folder. This pass gives you access to both SAIL and the VIP area: Sail Village.
ARRIVAL AT SAIL VILLAGE
07:00 – no later than 07:30
SAIL Village is the starting point for all official boat trips. Upon arrival, your ticket will be scanned, and you’ll have time to take in the atmosphere. Bolidt and Esthec guests will be welcomed at their own dedicated check-in desk.
BOARDING

The exact boarding time will be shown on the large screens at the venue. Once boarding starts, head to the gate where a hostess will guide you to the ship — the Antigua. This is where the real adventure begins.
DEPARTURE BOAT TRIP
08:00
At 08:00 sharp, our ship sets sail for IJmuiden, heading toward the breathtaking Tall Ships. A delicious breakfast will be served on board, followed by a generous lunch around noon. In the afternoon, the Tall Ships will sail back to Amsterdam in a majestic parade. You’ll enjoy drinks, great company, and front-row views of the spectacle.
DOCKING

Around 15:30, the ship will return to SAIL Village and we’ll say our goodbyes.
Being well-prepared makes your day even more enjoyable. Leave on time to ensure you don’t miss the boat!
Traffic around Amsterdam is busier than usual. Allow for extra travel time and detours, and check the latest traffic information before you leave.
By car
Prefer to drive? No problem, as long as you requested a parking ticket during registration. Your parking ticket has been sent to the email address you provided. Don't forget to bring the ticket with you and place the printed ticket behind your windscreen when parking.
Use the following address for navigation: Corsicaweg 8b, Amsterdam. As you approach, follow the signs to SAIL Village Westhaven.
Please note: there are no charging stations for electric vehicles at or directly near the site.
By public transport
From Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, shuttle buses will run all day to SAIL Village. These depart from the north side of the station and will take you to the venue in about 15 to 20 minutes. You don’t need a separate bus ticket, your boarding pass is sufficient. Be sure to board the correct shuttle: SAIL Village Westhaven.
By bike, e-bike or scooter
Live nearby? There’s plenty of bike parking and a kiss & ride zone for taxis or drop-offs. Note: there are no charging points for e-bikes.
Helpful to bring along:
• Your digital boarding pass, it’s required for boarding.
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat or cap.
• Comfortable clothing, it can be chilly on the water in the morning.
• The dress code is smart casual.
