Dear partner,
We are proud to share that Nautifit B.V. has joined Esthec as of June 23. The acquisition of Nautifit marks an important step in further strengthening our position in the nautical sector, where we continue to develop sustainable, high-quality and innovative decking solutions. From now on, Nautifit B.V., like Esthec, is an entity within the Bolidt Group.
Nautifit was founded in 2007 and has been an official partner of Esthec since 2010. As such, the company has been a reliable and expert partner for many years in measuring, custom prefabrication, and installation of Esthec Nautical Decking. Their experience and craftsmanship are a perfect fit with our mission: to bring not only liquid-applied decking systems to market, but also the best prefab decking systems, offering maximum design freedom with minimal environmental impact.
Since the founding of Bolidt in 1964 and Esthec in 2007, we firmly believed that sustainable prefab decking solutions for the nautical sector should always go hand in hand with design and performance.
By adding Nautifit alongside Esthec to the Bolidt Group, we are joining forces to serve our global customers even better with smart, integrated total solutions. Nautifit is, after Boteka in Miami, the second acquisition by the Bolidt Group this year and is further reinforcing our ambitions in the field of prefabricated synthetic components.
Our shared values of innovation, sustainability, design, and craftsmanship form the foundation of this collaboration.
Nautifit will continue to operate under its own name and identity. At the same time, the team will benefit from Esthec’s international infrastructure, technical expertise and complementary prefab applications for other markets. Together, we will provide the best possible service and a consistent level of quality, wherever in the world our customers may be.
This step strengthens our presence not only in Europe but also in the United States. It lays a solid foundation for further international growth, where our customers can continue to count on our reliability, commitment and innovation, as they always have.
