Over time, Bolidt has built up a respectable track record in the dairy sector. The position in this market needs to be expanded further and shaped internationally. Bolidt's excellent international capabilities and experience, as proven in various other sectors, are fully available to achieve this goal.
As International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for national and international commercial activities related to Bolidt's Dairy segment. You will be part of the Dairy commercial team and achieve challenging and realistic targets. The team works with short and long term visions.
The segment targets the global (baby) milk powder producing industry. The products to be sold are hygienic and durable floor, wall and ceiling finishes in mainly medium and high care production and packaging areas.
As International Sales Manager you will be responsible for worldwide acquisition (consulting) and sales of these systems to predominantly new contacts within the industry segment mentioned. You will do this by providing advice (technical and commercial) on the application of systems and by creating and following up on requests, visiting customers and closing orders.
Your customers include: manufacturing companies, architectural practices, consultancy firms and building contractors, but you also explore opportunities for collaboration with other suppliers in the segment in order to gain knowledge about the market and current projects in the most efficient way possible. You will keep abreast of developments in the market and translate opportunities and possibilities into concrete, successful actions. You will report to the Commercial Director and co-ordinate your commercial actions with him.
You have completed at least a bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field/structural engineering) and you are interested in construction processes. You have 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role (B2B).
You are entrepreneurial and you enjoy international travel. You have an excellent command of the English language. You are independent and self-motivated, but also fit into a commercial team.
You are commercial and performance-driven and you thrive on delivering sales results. Furthermore, you know how to inspire others and motivate them with your enthusiasm. You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
