About Bolidt


Bolidt is an internationally operating company that has been active since 1964. With four integrated pillars, Innovation, Production, Marketing & Sales and Operations, about two million square metres are covered with synthetic systems in various fields of application each year. From concrete protection in stadiums to surface courses on roads and bridges and from liquid-tight flooring in hospitals to colourful and durable decking on cruise ships and superyachts. There are no limits to the possible applications of Bolidt synthetics. 

With a focus on innovation, in 2017 we have started construction work on the Bolidt Experience & Innovation Centre. In this centre, we will welcome around 10,000 visitors a year who will be able to get acquainted with applications in the field of synthetics.

We are looking for an International Sales Executive


To help further Bolidt’s growth ambitions, we are looking for an International Sales Executive for our headquarters in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht.

Who we are looking for

As International Sales Executive you will share responsibility with the International Sales Manager for making your segment successful and profitable within Bolidt.
No day will be the same in this role. You will have daily contact with the International Sales Manager to discuss pressing issues and the actions of the day. You will do so with a pro-active attitude and a focus on reducing the workload of the International Sales Manager who will be travelling 75% of the time. You will make yourself indispensable and provide the International Sales Manager with the support that he or she needs to close a deal.



You will be responsible for acquisition and undertake actions to turn commercial opportunities into conversations. You will prepare offers and ensure that follow-up calls on the offers are made. You will, of course, also be responsible for the related administration in Bolidt’s ERP system (Navision). When customers have questions, you are knowledgeable enough to speak to them independently. Once a deal has been closed, you and the International Sales Manager together will ensure continuous support until after project completion.
Additionally, you will make preparations for the International Sales Manager’s business trips. You will work with the marketing department in developing marketing plans and visiting international trade fairs will also be part of your role.


What we ask

You work accurately, are commercially driven, organised and good at planning. You are not afraid to pick up the phone and convince potential or existing customers to engage in conversation with Bolidt. You are ambitious, enthusiastic and radiate this.

You hold a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Commercial Economics, Business Administration or Management, Economics and Law, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international project organisation. You have strong communication skills in Dutch, English and German. Spanish would be an advantage. You are able to communicate and convince people at all levels of an organisation.
You are pro-active, commercially driven, organised and good at planning.
You are not afraid to pick up the phone and convince potential or existing customers to engage in conversation with Bolidt. You are ambitious, enthusiastic and radiate this. Finally, you feel responsible for the success of your segment!
