Expert knowledge of flooring materials and their application brings Bolidt into contact with:
Dietrich Metal Framing
Metals, including steel, aluminium and copper. Bolidt is active on many fronts; at the manufactures of the raw material and at the companies which are in the next phase of the processing, the heavy work, the production of machine blocks, gearwheels or constructions for the bridge building industry; the ‘light’ industry which for example recesses aluminium for the aircraft construction industry and mechanical precision companies such as manufactures of components like valves and flanges.
There are Bolidtop synthetic floors, which are resistant to high impact loads. Mechanically they are extremely strong and durable because much intensive heavy internal transport travels over them. The use of coolants, oily substances that can soon make a floor dangerously slippery: Bolidt has a selection of skidresistant floors for these purposes, which are strong and impermeable. There is a seamless, waterproof and chemical-resistant floor with high wear-resistance which is mainly laid in areas where the floor has to endure heavy internal transport. The floor is shrink-proof and has a smooth surface texture or, if required, a rough (skidresistant) top layer. For the battery charging areas and the demineralisation or galvanising area there are Bolidtop floors which are resistant to chemicals, acids, alkalis and hydrocarbons… This Bolidtop variation resists the most aggressive substances. There are thus numerous Bolidtop floor variations, tailor- made for the heaviest jobs and the greatest precision activities.
For every question, a specific floor solution.
Bolidt has a worldwide experience in the heavy and metal industry. Succesfully we are working for:
Hettich Ludwig Schraub
Many different flooring systems apply to the heavy and metal industry; from coatings with a thickness of 100 µ up to synthetic systems of 10 mm. Prices depend greatly on the size of the surface and the choice of flooring system.
For a 1,000 m² prices range between € 15 per m² for a thin functional coating and € 150 per m² for an exceptionally high quality, state-of-the-art flooring system.
To give you a more specific insight into our price structure, we invite you for a consultation to determine the most appropriate flooring for your space.
Bolidt supplies state-of-the-art synthetic floor coverings on a worldwide basis. The floors meet the various electrical, chemical and mechanical requirements of the Heavy and metal industry
