The reason why Boligrip wearing courses are chosen for vital parts, such as bridges and flyovers, is that they are more durable than traditional products. Because of its synthetic wearing courses, which are functional, durable and practically maintenance-free, Bolidt has won its spurs in civil and hydraulic engineering. The name Boligrip stands for durable synthetic wearing courses for wooden, concrete or steel decks of bridges and flyovers.

Boligrip is designed to withstand the traffic load and movements/ deformation of the road. The synthetic wearing course may also be applied as a hybrid system, in which case the first layer functions as an elastic, fluid-tight, crack bridging membrane. Z.OK stands for Zeer Open Kunststof (= Very Open Synthetic). This skeleton-shaped wearing course is characterised by its excellent performance with regard to important qualities like moisture storage and draining capacity, sound reduction and high resistance to wear. The material is strong and durable: not rutting and resistant to the destructive powers of melting salts, chemicals, oils, petrol. Unlike bitumen-bound paving, it has high initial skid resistance. Ramps and vital road sections may be heated electrically by the Bolidt/Siemens system. The heating cable is protected by a synthetic grid and is 3 mm below the Boligrip surface. VP joint profile. These Bolidtan Vp joint constructions absorb expansion and shrinkage. This system is seamlessly incorporated into the asphalt pavement.

Many different systems and applications are used for rails and craneways. Ranging from one kilo of grout or gluing compound for anchors and canted bearing plates to complete embedded rail applications including casting compounds, primers, adjustment plates, rail strips, gradient wedges, spacers and adjustment wedges.

The prices strongly depend on the amount of kilogrammes and/or the number of m¹ of rail that needs to be embedded. The prices per kg vary from € 2/kg to € 45/kg. The prices for embedded rail range between € 200 and € 1,000 per m¹ of rail.

For platforms and bus lanes, Bolidt has seamless wearing courses, which are resistant to oil, petrol, kerosene and chemicals. Fluid-tight, UV-resistant finishes, wear-resistant and maintenance-friendly. Materials must be nearly indestructible, but aspects like safety, comfort and atmosphere are also important. Outside, the weather conditions also play an important part.

Bolidt has systems with a rough surface structure. Floors that fit seamlessly, resistant to chemicals and de-icing salts. The name Boligrip stands for durable synthetic wearing courses for wooden, concrete or steel substrates. It is anti-corrosive, weatherproof and resistant to UV-radiation. Besides, it is lightweight, wear-resistant and skid-resistant. In cooperation with Siemens Nederland N.V, Bolidt provides the solution for vital road sections, such as bridges, access and exit ramps, crossings, which can become slippery in winter. In this Bolidt/Siemens road surface heating system, the heating cable is 3 mm below the surface of the Boligrip wearing course.Runways and standby-by platforms have to be skid-resistant and fuel-resistant, while the broadcast material must fully adhere to the wearing course, to prevent damage to the aircraft engines. In the hangars: conductive floors because of the high-tech maintenance on aero planes. On the piers: a type of Bolidt wearing course with a high resistance to wear and tear, because cargo handling involves much transport.
